Why Orthodontics?

More than beautiful smiles and self esteem

Orthodontics is also important in helping individuals with “bad bites” (crowded and crooked teeth) that have an uneven bite that may make eating and caring for their teeth difficult.

Orthodontics ultimately is important in creating a healthier mouth and a beautiful smile.

Phase-One Orthodontics Treatment

Before Orthodontics

The concern for this patient was about aesthetics and the health of the erupting permanent teeth. The lower front teeth are crowded and touching the palate, and the upper front teeth are extremely displaced from their normal positions.

After Orthodontics

Approximately 12 months of Phase-One treatment with an expander and partial braces. Patient’s appearance and dental function improved dramatically.
